Pastor Don entered into full time ministry in 1977 as associate pastor with the Foursquare Church in Coos Bay, Oregon. In 1979 the Nicholsons moved to Roseburg, Oregon where they pioneered their first church, Grace Fellowship, with outreach to other areas. In May of 1984, the doors opened for the Nicholson’s to move to Olympia, Washington to establish a new work, Victory Christian Center, where they enjoyed seventeen years of successful ministry.

Changing course, the Nicholson’s moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma the summer of 2000. In Tulsa, Don spent the next season of their ministry working as state side director of missions for a network of churches in the former Soviet Union. Pastor Don then met with another change to become an executive vice president of a Bible software development company where he gave Pastoral oversight. Here Don assisted in content development, managed twenty plus employees as well as developed software.

January, 2011, Pastor, Don returned to his first love and calling to pioneer a new church, Living Faith Fellowship, in Redmond, Oregon. Through the years various overseas missions and crusades took place which touched people in the Philippines, Korea, Jerusalem, Bahamas, Nepal and several countries of the former Soviet Union.

Pastor Don’s strength and gifting is a teacher. He has a heart to seek revelations from God’s Word, imparting to believers the “how to’s” to apprehend all of God’s promises. His ambition in ministry is to help believers to become mature in their faith:
• To gain revelation of God’s Word, to be doers and not hearers only of the Word of God
•To walk in covenant relationship with Jesus Christ as well as with one another, in the love of God
• To see others raised up in their gifts and callings, to go forth to do the work of the ministry
Pastor Don is blessed with a beautiful wife, Glenda who has an amazing gift demonstrating the Love of God to all she comes into contact with.
